I'm eyeing the idea of mortgages on buying our own house in the future., rather than just paying the rental fee since we all know that its just a waste of money. and i know we do get excited on getting our first house but we must be careful on finding our lenders because of too many frauds nowadays. who knows we might be ended up overpaying our house worse paying more with a lower market price. Grabeng traffic, pila dito pila ron, masikip ano vah!!!! dec 24 holiday sa japan since bday ng emperor nila so in short lahat ng tao nasa shopping mall! mismong lugar namin parang ghost town , oh well ngarag ako sa pagbili ng pagkain namin bukas dyosme,may lunch chuchu kasi sa office so sugod ako sa costco para sulit ang mabibili ko. like nitong apple pie nila 890 yen lang (kayo na mag calculate kung san man kayong lupalop ;-p) eh kung bumili ka nito sa mall which is imposible kang makakita ng ganito kalaki haha mga 1/4 size nito meron. and it would cost you 3,000 yen na ngek.

so yun na nga nakabili na ako at bago pa man din ako makabili, katakot takot na line para kumuha at line na naman ulit para magbayad grrrrrrr...pero sige lang in the spirit kuno of xmas kaya go! hehe ito share ko ang pic ni apple pie.

As a traveler i would love to have a good memory of all the places that Ive been not just the typical hotel that i normally stayed. as i can see B&B Paris has a cozy kinda style. And since I'm in Paris at that time so i would love to experience the Parisian's way of living, learn more about the people and its culture nor also learn a bit of french, i guess all of these can only be experience in Hotel Paris . plus i would really benefit on those low prices that they offer., now i can truly say that this would be a great Paris bed and breakfast experience.

Got 2 weeks off thanks God hehehe, lookin forward on holidays meaning i don't need to wake up early nor sleep early he he, and off course got more time to spend with Tatsu and Ralph. But Tatsu got only a week holiday off duh! at least he got a week, im thing of taking Ralph to a game center like we did last yr at Odaiba mmm gotta think think think. or else I'm gonna end up shopping again haha., I'm a bit sad though hence its been 7 yrs since i spend Xmas with my nay nay and bro. ;-( , cant wait to spend the next Xmas with them..

well at least nay nay and bro will be spending Xmas together at nay nays place, thanks to the net, i can see/talk to my family during xmas day and new yr!.

Our Xmas get together was a fab even though others didn't make it. (just make it up to us soon guys ;-p), tell you this is what i hate a bout being in japan, sooooooooooo hard to fix our schedules, i guess most people in here are really workaholics., anyways we had our lunch in Tokyo Bellini which isn't in our original plan because were supposed to eat in a shabu shabu resto but ended up on an Italian resto well its really not bad though.

I never had a dull moment with my fellow bisdaks. we always have something to laugh nor talk about as if were just in the Philippines, Then instead on a usual routine (karaoke) with the guys, we decided to play bowling at humax game center. haven't played bowling in years!.

Thanks to all my bisdak bro and sis for having another fun filled day, see all next mwahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Planning my holiday to New Zealand


Living in one of the busiest city in the world sometimes a pain! too crowded, not much trees except for parks, just full of tall buildings and shopping malls. i would love to have a chance to visit my aunt who's in Auckland in New Zealand, famous of its breath taking scenic views. hence I'm a photo enthusiast,my favorite subject are portraits (babies,kids,family,etc.) or landscape's (scenic,nature etc.).

Here's the list that i want to do. first i would love to check on Howick Historical Village, experiencing to be like one of the early settlers of Auckland. 2ND cruising! it would be great to cruise while taking photos of the scenic islands. next stop would be Christchurch or the garden city, in here we can find the most exotic plants and fantastic gardens. and the last but the least hot air balloon flight at Wellington, I'm really scared of heights but when i saw the photos that my cousin took last time i was sooo captivated by it. I'm just not sure if i can still hold my camera when I'm up there already. With all the activities that i have in mind I'm sure i'll have a fantastic time.

Nung nasa pinas pa ako syempre hindi ko sya ma appreciate noh! haha so every time nasa Sydney ako love ko talaga ang mga boots nila, they really kept me warm. eh ginawin pa man din ako. Now I'm base here in Tokyo na so desperately need ko na sya (asus lame excuse)., ang pangit lang if sa Australia ka bibili kunti lang choices mo since iba ang binebenta nila within Australia kompara other countries grrrrrr ang gaganda pa naman ng nasa site nila kenes!., at ito pa ang mas lalong kenes japan post charges us $60 dollars for my boots kasi daw sheepskin duh! so sa susunod ipapasulat ko sa naynay ko sa custom declaration paper nila na plastic boots lang haha.

Finally last Friday Ralph started his swimming lesson at the Oasis Tokyo Sports Swimming Club, finding a swimming school for my boy wasn't that easy hence most of the school that has a English staff are located far end from the city ;-(, and i don't have time to drop/pick up him in there. Good thing that my friend told me that the nearest sports club that we have just hired a foreigner teacher (yatta!), so i called the office as soon as I've heard from my friend and inquire. and was so glad when i spoke to the teacher and told me they even offer a bus to pick up/drop off their students from home-venue and vice versa (and that's is really cool!) . when Ralph heard about this he was so excited and cant wait to start swimming again.

the Gold Coast experience

Gold Coast is Australia's most favorite holiday escape, having the best beaches around. they got tons of theme parks as well like the wet n wild water world. it will be an ultimate family fun specially during summer season were normally its jam packed so better have your bookings ready. they have a wide variety of shops too not to mention the outlet malls which you can really grab a bargain.

I love Surfers Paradise, from its night life to shopping and the beach you got it all in one place. Surfers beach is just few mins walk from the shopping malls like chevron renaissance, the gallery which sells mostly top brands, Centro Surfers Paradise (closest to the beach). And i had a chance to take a pic with the intriguing meter maids surely they look hot on their bikinis specially on a winter season. Not to mention its theme parks like the sea world,having a fantastic dolphin show plus the sesame street gang.

Cant wait to Visit Perth next, I'm a beach person so id love to check out those popular beaches like Scarborough or city beach., and Ive heard that it ll be a great place to have a fishing Experience in the west . haven't tried fishing though but i wouldn't mind learning,you may add visiting one of its wineries and have a taste of its popular wines.

Whenever me and my angels have time we normally go shopping, resto hunting or any kind of pampering. this is the only outlet we had from our stressful work loads! yes stressful it is, if you guys noticed japanese people are very workaholics as if they dont have anything to eat for the ff day geezzz!. Most of us work from a japanese company so what do u expect? haha from now on ill try posting every adventure we have on our SO CALLED EXPENDITURE OF LIFE lol

Si Christmas Tree

Pag pasko nakasanayan ko ng may xmas tree kaya kahit andito na ako sa tokyo patuloy pa rin ang tradition na yan at lalo na may kiddo ako. kaya lang maliit si christmas tree namin dito ;-( gusto ko kasi 6-7 ft. hehe but since liit nga ng spaces dito so no choice 4 ft lang kami, ok na rin basta ba marami gifts eh haha

Dito sa japan mostly ay budhist and 1% lang ang christian so bihira ka makakita ng christmas tree sa bahay but meron silang mga christmans lights sa naka hang either sa veranda or nasa gate. at wag ka hindi sila pahuhuli sa gift giving! hehe mega shopping na naman ang mga hapon basta pasko wala lang nakiride sa pasko natin lol

Proud mommy here hehe didnt realize that my son got a thing in art nor painting till i saw his finish work. i was so amaze and immediately took some photos to show to naynay and bro. then one thing strikes me when i saw the color orange and i ask ralph why did he painted it orange instead of blue but innocently my son answered, "mommy you know that thing at 3-4 pm? thats the reflection from the sky", oh! so he probably means sunset haha clever!.
